Energizing Smoothie Combos
Simple Balance Smoothie
1 mango and/or pineapple
1 cup kale or 2 handfuls of spinach
1 cup water or Coconut Water
1-2 cups of ice
Makes about 1 quart
GOOD MORNING ENERGY Smoothie
2 cups green or red seedless grapes
3 golden kiwis, peeled
1 ripe orange, peeled, seeds removed
1 small leaf of AloeVera, with skin
1 large handful spinach, swiss chard or kale
2 cups water or coconut water
Makes about 2 quarts
Morning Zing Smoothie
½ bunch dandelion greens
2 stalks celery
½ inch fresh ginger root
2 peaches
½ pineapple
1 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water
1 cup purified water or 1-2 cups of ice
Makes about 1-2 quarts
Parsley Passion Smoothie
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 cucumber, peeled
1 Fuji apple
1 ripe banana
3–4 cups water
Makes about 2 quarts
Berry Refresher
1+ ½ Berries – one type or combo
1 cup coconut water
1 whole peeled orange
1-2 cups ice (your preference)
Sprig of Mint
