3 TIPS for a Healthy Fall Season!

Hello there Beautiful Soul…
Happy first week of fall! I love this season, do you too?

Today I want to give you 3 QUICK TIPS for a healthy fall season!  Start this season off right…

#1 ~ Set your INTENTION for the season!     What do you want this season to be about for you? Create a little vision for yourself along with a short vision statement. Write your vision statement on a card or create a note-card to have in a place where you’ll see it everyday!  Get in the habit of keeping your FOCUS on your vision for the season!

#2 ~ Hydrate & Nourish
The weather may be changing and you may be enjoying cooler weather temps but that doesn’t mean drink less water!  Your skin needs the hydration … and your body needs to cleanse!  Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily with the juice of one whole lemon.  The lemon will support your body in many healthy ways!

#3 ~ Lube & Tune Up
Lube:  Stock up on a nice body oil for the season…I like to use almond oil for hydrating my skin after showers.  You can find almond oil and your local health food store or message me for a link if you’d like to buy it online.
