2 cups of frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut water or coconut milk
1 squeeze lemon juice
Place all ingredients in your high power blender or food processor, blend on low for about 30 seconds then slowly increase the speed (all the way up) and on high. Blend for 30 seconds-1 minute – until it looks just the right consistency for you! Enjoy immediately or place in freezer for later!
