Reset Mind Body Soul!

Hello & Happy Memorial Day (in the US) weekend!!!  What have you got planned for this weekend?

Whatever your plans may be, I hope that you will take time to BREATHE, LET GO and RESET your mind, body & soul!  Below I share a few Steps to help you Enjoy & Live Life Healthy!

Technically we still have a few weeks of SPRING LEFT!  Personally, I’m not ready for summer; so I am embracing the last leg of springtime and am taking time to do as I recommend!  I don’t have any plans to go out of town and I will be doing a little work for an upcoming project (which I will soon be sharing about!) but I do hope to take time to get out and breathe into the beautiful spring air, maybe take in a yoga class along with a run at the beach, enjoy a little family time and spend time in my garden!  This is bliss for me!

Lately, I’ve been hearing and observing people getting in their OWN WAY.  Have you fallen into any ruts lately that have been blocking you from feeling FREE TO ENJOY LIFE & LIVE YOUR LIFE HEALTHY?  Perhaps you may not even realize that you’re not really enjoying life nor paying any attention that your body may need some attention?  Assuming you will have a little time off this weekend, I encourage you to PAUSE for a little bit to tune into your deeper soul.

Now I’m guessing YOU DO WANT TO ENJOY LIFE & LIVE LIFE HEALTHY, RIGHT?

Here are a few simple STEPS TO HELP YOU! 

To START:

ALLOW & GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to LET GO of the need to get on to the next thing on your agenda.  [i.e., Slow down!!!]

~ In this exercise, SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED or WANT, BUT AT LEAST 5 MINUTES GOING THROUGH THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

  • QUIET your SETTING:  Find a cozy comfortable place or go outside for some fresh air and SIT QUIETLY focusing in on your Breath.                                                                                                                                                                     Close your eyes and find the RHYTHM of YOUR BREATH.    [plan ahead for the following steps while your eyes are closed]
  • SET an INTENTION to SEE where you may have BARRIERS BLOCKING you from ENJOYING LIFE & LIVING HEALTHY.
  • OPEN YOUR MIND to DREAM!    FOCUS in on ONE DREAM you WANT NOW…  What DREAM do you have for YOUR HEALTH?

Begin to allow yourself to see what are you missing to realizing that ONE DREAM of yours…                                           WHAT would make you FEEL BETTER & HEALTHIER?

  • NOW, OPEN YOUR EYES and WITH YOUR CLEAR MIND, CREATE YOUR PLAN to overcoming the things that are blocking you!
  • JOT DOWN:   WHAT things CAME UP that are blocking you?       What DREAM/S have you’ve visualized?
  • WRITE DOWN your PLAN to BEGIN the PROCESS to REALIZING YOUR DREAM & HEALTHY LIFE!
  • YOU MUST PUT THIS PLAN IN MOTION! 

TIP:  ALSO SET A TIMELINE FOR YOURSELF!
Creating a timeline to help you achieve your goal is essential, a key factor to achieving SUCCESS!

Here’s to A BLISSFUL Memorial Holiday weekend and helping at least ONE of YOUR DREAMS come true!   RESET your MIND, BODY & SOUL to ENJOY & LIVE LIFE HEALTHY!
