2-3 heaping handfuls of Spinach
½ avocado, diced
4-5 raw garlic cloves, diced
Large pinch of fresh cilantro leave (about 2 TBSP)
Drizzle EVO (extra virgin olive oil, about 1 TBSP)
1 small lemon, juiced
Sprinkle Himalayan Sea Salt

[single serving]

Combine all ingredients in either glass or BPA free plastic container with lid. TOSS for about 1 minute to get all ingredients evenly mixed.  Enjoy!
