Whether you’re running on high gear or laying low preparing for the Thanksgiving weekend…I have a few simple tips to help you enjoy healthier holidays! No need to over indulge, eat without thinking or go over the top and end up with a fluffy muffin top!
6 TIPS to Enjoy Healthier Holiday Time & Happy Thanksgiving to YOU!
KEEP CALM and LOVE YOUR BODY!
Breathe – be aware and when you feel anxious or overwhelmed, take a few moments to slow down and take four deep breaths, clear your mind at the same time – then, CARRY ON! Your will feel supported and loved!
Be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day/s! Start your day off first thing in the morning with 10 ounces of purified water and be sure to drink water throughout the day! Aim for at least 64 ounces of water daily > 10 ounces before and after all meals!
PLAN AHEAD BEFORE YOU GO OUT OR START YOUR HOLIDAY TIME!
Eat healthy ahead of your party time. Fill up with healthier food so that you will be less likely to over indulge. Be sure to have a healthy dish on hand! Here are a few of my FAVES for Thanksgiving – Fall time… You are welcome to download a copy here:
